ID label/Adattábla

I think I need a new ID label also, since this is almost unreadable.

Azt hiszem kell egy új adattábla is, mert ez eléggé olvashatatlan.

Cleaning coninue/A tisztítás folytatódik

I started to disassemble the lower unit also to clean it. Here is the result. Just like new.

Elkzedtem a motor csizmáját is szétszedni, hogy le lehessen tisztítani. Íme az eredmény. Mintha új lenne.

The old/new Carburetor/A régi-új porlasztó

The old/new carburetor is ready and it arrived safely. Art did a fine work and now it is mounted to the original air intake. Actually this is a Vacturi carburetor, which were used in the racing outboards.

Elkészült a régi-új porlasztó és meg is érkezett. Szerencsére nem is vámolták el. Art szép munkát végzett és így most már együtt van a porlasztó és a szívótorok. Egyébknt ez egy Vacturi karbutáror, amit verseny csónakmotorokon használtak.

Timer house/Előgyújtás állító ház

Since the timer house is also a little bit tatty, after some cleaning it was also sent to the US. Art has managed to get a similar timer housing and he tries to make a new one from the two pieces.

Mivel az előgyújtás állító ház egy kicsit viseltes, egy kis tisztítás után ez is elindult  Amerikába felújításra. Art szerzett egy hasonló házat és a kettőből megpróbál egy újat csinálni.

Mufflers/Kipufogó dob

Here are the mufflers after glassbeading. It looks like new. Part numbers are also visble: 101178 and 101179

A kipufogó dobokat is elvittem egy kis üveggyöngyözésre. Mintha újak lennének. Az alkatrészszámok is jól láthatóak: 101178 és 101179.

Memories/Emlék

I thought that it is worth to clean the carburetor to preserve it. So it was sand blasted a little bit to be nicer.

Gondoltam emléknek elteszem az eredeti karburátort. Elvittem üveggyöngyözésre, hogy egy kicsit megszépüljön.

Flywheel/Lendkerék

Finally I managed to get off the flywheel and the timer housing. It was not easy, since the rope sheave was totally broken and the remaining part was hold with three screws which were stuck. But finally I got off the rest of the rope sheave and the screws. And the good news is that the motor is not seized, since during this action the motor was unseized!

Végre sikerült leszedni a lendkereket, illetve az előgyújtást állító házat. Nem volt túl egyszerű, mert a berántó tárcsa széttört, utána nem tudtam kiszedni a három csavart, ami tartotta a berántótárcsát. Végül azárt még is sikerült. Viszont a jó hír, hogy a nagy erőltetésben az eddig beálltnak hitt motor egyszer csak átfordult!
